Although initially trained as a Clinical Psychologist in Australia I am
currently chartered as a Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological
Society and a Psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
My therapeutic practice is broad.
I work with clients in the short and medium term helping to resolve
Anxiety, work related stress, parenting issues, relationship difficulties,
Depression, Bereavement and coping with change.
I also work with people working in business. Although I work in a
business context the service I offer differs significantly from coaching or
mentoring. As with mentors and coaches, I too work with executives and experts
who are leaders in their field. However, rather than add value in terms of
working practices or technical expertise I provide impute where problematic
intra and interpersonal issues manifest themselves in the workplace. The
psychotherapeutic service I provide acknowledges that personal issues can impact
on professional performance. I typically work with clients short to medium term
with the aim of resolving issues that compromise productivity and effectiveness
and enhance satisfaction and optimal interpersonal relations in the workplace.
