Advice: mode 3 form

This form is used to search for all results of matches between two countries.

There should be no trouble with space requirements.

Some output formats use up less space than others. In general the Tabular format uses up most bytes per match and therefore takes longest to download, whereas the CSV format takes least. CSV format does not look attractive on a screen but can be read directly into Microsoft Excel for continued analysis.
