Checks that all values are numerical or contain 'to'.

Returns:
true if input is valid.

getSelectionCriteria

public String getSelectionCriteria()
Returns the selection criteria. Criteria should be comma separated and can include ranges such as '4 to 7' as well as null values indicated by 'n'.

Returns:
Comma separated list of attributes to select.
