Currently I am involved in joint work with a number of researchers both in the UK and elsewhere. My work on memory in autism continues in collaboration with Professor John Gardiner of the School of Cognitive and Computing Sciences at the University of Sussex. This work also involves Dr Laurent Mottron and Dr Marc Lavoie of the University of Montreal and Professor Jill Boucher at the University of Warwick. Professor Evelyne Thommen of the University of Franche-Comté and I collaborate on investigations into the understanding of intentionality in autism. I also work with Dr Ioanna Berthoud-Papandropoulou and Dr Helga Kilcher of the University of Geneva on pragmatic and metalinguistic awareness in children with autism. And Dr Jake Burack of McGill University works with me on developmental aspects of pervasive developmental disorders.
