On site: The conference center can provide accommodation for around 80 people. The accommodation can be booked and payed for through the Registration Site. The booking will be done on a first come first served basis. Here is information on costs and what these cover: Accommodation Costs .
Accommodation at SMO is a mix of single and twin shared rooms. There will be an extra charge of 40 pounds for a single room which will be collected on site. In your registraion e-mail, please indicate if you prefer a single room. We will do our best to accommodate all preferences. In any case, we will let you know soon after you register whether or not we will be able to give you a single room.
Given the constraint on numbers, we will most likely not be able to accommodate partners or families at the centre.
