Understanding The Experiences of Older People in Urgent Care

Home

This web-site presents the outputs from a City University study into the experiences of older people and their relatives in emergency or urgent care in England. Transcripts from 96 discovery interviews held as part of a Department of Health leadership programme for matrons, nurse consultants and emergency care practitioners in urgent care have been brought together for thematic analysis, to enable a national picture of patients’ experiences to be drawn. Project partners are shown in the project partners part of the site.
