DrE-1: Freehand Sketching and Angle Projections

This is 2 weeks exercise. Students have different assignments for week 1 and for week 2.
Please use comments indicated in handwriting by your tutors on marked exercises to improve your drawing skils.

DrE-1a Freehand Sketching A. Read carefully exercise specification page (Page1) B. Complete both sides of handouts on multiview drawings. (Page 2, Page 3) C. Copy pictorial views of each part shown on page 3 and create multiview freehand sketches on template A3 page provided by tutor. Download template for multiview sketching here Template paper. For instructions of how to draw border and title block and how to fill the title block click here A3_template) Please Submit Pages 2, 3 and 4 to your tutor (Mr Mujic or Mr Day) during tutorials in week 2.

DrE-1b 1^st and 3^rd Angle Projection A .Read carefully exercise specification on the first page of DrE-1b assignment. B. Draw the border and the title block on A3 paper and fill in the details. The instructions on how to do that are given in the A3 template. C. Divide A3 paper in four parts and draw the solutions of all exercises a) to d) in a separate quarters. Arrange sketches neatly so that the solution fits page nicely. All sketches must be in good scale and proportion. Please Submit A3 Page with the solutions to your tutor (Mr Mujic or Mr Day) during tutorials in week 3.
