Some of panelists spoke from brief notes. The list below only covers those who provided the South Atlantic Council with written presentations. In each case, the views expressed were solely those of the author. In several cases, different speakers had very different views. None of the presentations are endorsed by the South Atlantic Council. Nevertheless, it is hoped they make an interesting contribution to discussion about the dispute.
